We're starting where the problems are hardest and the standards are least forgiving: the factory floor. Mind is collecting video data at industrial scale, capturing live, high-variability work as it happens on the line, starting with automotive manufacturing.
Our foundation models learn spatial reasoning, object dynamics, and tool manipulation across hundreds of thousands of real production hours, building a scalable intelligence layer that generalizes to new tasks and environments. The hardware we design works alongside the people and systems already in place.
Our first robots arelearning on the job
With Rivian as our first manufacturing partner, we're building a rich dataset inside a live production facility and training on active vehicle lines. Our data pipeline is centered on learning from skilled operators as they perform highly dexterous tasks, distilling the actions, tools, context, and decisions that make each cycle successful.
Mind’s live dataset gives our models a deep understanding of real-world physics, variance, and material behavior. By mastering the hardest automotive tasks first, we’re building capabilities that transfer across all of industrial manufacturing.

Intelligence onthe factory floor
Pick and place
Locating, grasping, and placing objects that vary in angle, occlusion, and orientation, with high precision.
Sorting
Making a real-time call on visually similar items and routing each one correctly, under line speed pressure.
Fastening
Joining parts that don't always align, modulating force and sequence to seat them correctly, and recovering when they don't.
Connectors
Achieving a secure, verified fit despite flexible harnesses, part variation, and tight tolerances.
The work wealways imaginedmachines could do
Our robots take on the intricate, often grueling work the world actually runs on, not the rigid, perfectly predictable motions that classical automation has already solved. By focusing on skills that require more reasoning, variability, and dexterity, Mind robots can finally help with tasks that have always depended on human hands.
Our aim is to make manufacturing safer, more efficient, and more globally competitive by augmenting human capability.
What you build on the bench today changes how factories run tomorrow.
At Mind, we believe that being hands on with hardware can solve the hardest problems in AI.
Mind offers the agility of a startup with the resources, data, and built-in customer base of an industrial pioneer. Join us if you value ownership, humility, and want to move beyond digital intelligence to put code into motion.
